Staff was attentive and helpful .

I faced several issues with my room that were frustrating. The bathroom had a persistent plumbing problem and the sink wouldn't drain properly. There was a significant delay in addressing these concerns.

Really enjoyed free and very very good breakfasts.

The pool area was clean and the location was comfy and perfect, so close to panama city for vacation or family trip, and taxi. The room was good sized, cheap and had coffee/tea making facilities, iron and ironing board, and a work desk. All the staff where very efficient, caring.

We liked convenient and perfect location of this place.

The staff was warm and were very good too assist us with recommendations despite our language barriers. Each interaction was met with a bright smile.

We faced some issues with television options being only in Spanish, and the lack of a table on the balcony limited our comfort during evenings.

Nice place with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a great bar area. On my first stay, the staff even helped me find my way around. I'm always impressed by how tidy my room is! I'm coming back for a city trip.

Staying here for our honeymoon was awesome. The staff was great, always ready to help. Our room was spacious and had a beautiful balcony that offered great views of the city.

The hotel offers a great location in the financial district, with spacious rooms with a small kitchenette and modern amenities. The staff was attentive in resolving my initial room issues. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was commendable, with well-maintained common areas.

The hotel needs a serious refresh-common areas feel old and weary, and the suite's kitchen units are nothing more than a remnant of its days as a Holiday Inn. Noise from the air conditioning unit disrupted peace, and the variability in room servicing meant some days there were no towels or toiletries. The swimming pool is cramped and lacks charm, while restaurant options inside felt limited, with a buffet available only at breakfast.

Located downtown, the hotel offers great service, with staff was good. The restaurant serves delicious local cuisine, showcasing regional products. The mix-up with locations led to confusion for me and others, highlighting a need for clearer signage. While the room cleanliness was commendable, better noise insulation would enhance the overall experience.

Our family especially loved the location, close to a few miles of great restaurants and shopping. And even with our two young kids, they offered suggestions for family-friendly activities. It was perfect for our vacation.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly breakfast options.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with various healthy food options at breakfast, and the free wi-fi in public areas made my stay enjoyable.

The chain lock on my door was broken!!! Having only one operational lock for security is not ideal!!! The lack of a plug in the sink made it impossible to wash clothing comfortably and the safe was locked with no access!!!
